We're getting your very special Vortex hat ready but need a little something from you first!  If you want your Vortex Hat we need your CURRENT mailing address. If the form does any weirdness or you have special instructions for your mailing address please put that in the SPECIAL NOTE section. Before filling out the form be SURE you are logged in to your VORTEX Kajabi account and not one for another course. Please note that collecting these addresses does not indicate they are being sent out right away. We are just two people and will be manually dealing with this. Delivery times (especially outside of the US) are crazy right now due to the pandemic. Please be patient.
