You may have missed the communication about our transition to the new, upgraded High Vibe Honey on Mighty Networks. Here's what you need to know:

We have launched HVH 2.0 on Mighty Networks, offering enhanced functionality, bonuses, extra live sessions at different times, and much more. This upgrade is optional. You can either continue with your current rate and membership on Kajabi or choose to experience the new features on Mighty Networks.

As of June 2024, the Kajabi portal (HVH 1.0) no longer supports live functionality. There are no live calls, and the Circle group has been closed. However, replays will continue to be uploaded to the Kajabi portal through at least the end of this year. We will reassess the need for this service at that time and keep you updated well in advance about any changes.

You have two options:

1. Continue accessing the library and call replays with your current Kajabi membership.
2. Upgrade to enjoy live sessions and all the new features on Mighty Networks.

It's super simple to cancel your subscription. Here's how to do it!

• login to your Kajabi account
• Click on your Avatar in the upper right corner
• Select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page:

If you purchased with Stripe: 

• Select the Cancel button, you will be prompted to confirm the cancellation
• Click "cancel this subscription." 
• At the end of the current billing cycle, you will lose access to HVH 

If you purchased with PayPal:

• Click "Manage Subscription in Paypal"
• You will then be redirected to their PayPal account in the Payments tab. If you're not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.
  • Click Payments in the top menu.
  • Select Manage automatic payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
  • Select the merchant Gala Darling in the left sidebar.
  • Click the Cancel button.
  • Confirm your wish to cancel and click Cancel Automatic Payments. 
• That's it! Your access to High Vibe Honey will end at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you find yourself logging into your Kajabi dashboard and missing access to High Vibe Honey it could be for a few reasons.

1.) A billing error - If you need to update your billing information, scroll to the billing section of this FAQ page for instructions on what to do next!

2.) You accidentally have multiple Kajabi accounts - If you have purchased more than one course/product with Gala and there is a chance you used two different email addresses at checkout, you might have two separate Kajabi accounts. If you would like to merge all of your products/memberships under one email address reach out to customer support using the bright pink button at the top of the page.

If you have purchased a product, for example: Tap That, Goddess Body, or Love Rehab, then you will have lifetime access to the product you purchased. 

If you have or had a membership such as The Vortex or High Vibe Honey | then you will have access to that membership for the entirety of your subscription based on the membership's curriculum and the terms & conditions.

To change your email address in your Kajabi account go to the login page and enter your login credentials. Once you’re logged in, click on your avatar image in the upper right-hand corner to open a dropdown menu. Click Settings. In the “Profile Settings” section you can see your current email address and edit it to be your new, preferred address. Once you change your email, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “save”.

To change your profile picture in your Kajabi account go to the login page and enter your login credentials. Once you’re logged in, click on your avatar image in the upper right-hand corner to open a dropdown menu. Click Settings. In the “Profile Settings” section you can see your current avatar image and edit it to be your new, preferred image. Click the “change image” button and upload your new image. This image will preferably be a 100x100 square image. Once you change your avatar, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “save”.

Kajabi has a wonderful app that makes getting access to your products & memberships easy on the go! You can download the App in the App Store or on Google Play and Kajabi has an excellent, step-by-step tutorial here.

Need to update your payment information? You can do that in your Kajabi user settings!

Here's how to do it:

• After logging in, click into the Member Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
• Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
• Click … next to your card information.
• Select Replace.
• Complete the replace card prompt.
• Then, click Update to apply and keep the changes:
